Cancellation Policy

Weekly Nature Programs

If you cancel or withdraw from a program for any reason:

30 days or more prior to the course starting date you will be given a full refund, minus the deposit. (All deposits are non-refundable)
Fewer than 30 days prior to the start date and during the first 15 calendar days of the program – If you have paid in FULL you will be given a 75% refund of the total program tuition. If you are paying on a payment plan and you cancel or withdraw at this point you will still be responsible for 25% of the program’s tuition and will need to continue to make payments until 25% has been paid (as agreed during your payment plan enrollment).
During the first 16-45 calendar days of the program- If you have paid in FULL you will be given a 50% refund of the total program tuition. If you are paying on a payment plan and you cancel or withdraw at this point you will still be responsible for 50% of the program’s tuition and will need to continue to make payments until 50% has been paid (as agreed during your payment plan enrollment).
During the first 46-90 calendar days of the program- If you have paid in FULL you will be given a 25% refund of the total program tuition. If you are paying on a payment plan and you cancel or withdraw at this point you will still be responsible for 75% of the program’s tuition and will need to continue to make payments until 75% has been paid (as agreed during your payment plan enrollment).
After 90 days from the program’s start date, no refund will be given. If you are paying on a payment plan you will still be responsible for paying the remainder of your scheduled payments.

Monthly Nature Programs

If you cancel or withdraw from any monthly program for any reason:

30 days or more prior to the course starting date you will be given a full refund, minus the $100 deposit.
Fewer than 30 days prior to the start date or after the first class – you be given a 50% refund of the total program tuition.
After the 2nd class, no refund will be given.

Youth & Adult Weekend Classes

If you cancel for any reason:

30 days or more prior to the class starting date you will be given a full refund, minus a registration fee (25% of class cost).
14-29 days prior to the class starting date, you will be given a 50% refund.
13 days or less prior to the class starting date and once the class has begun, there will be no refund.

Summer/Spring/Winter Camps

If you cancel for any reason:

30 days or more prior to the camp starting date you will be given a full refund, minus a $50 registration fee.
14-29 days prior to the camp starting date, you will be given a 50% refund.
13 days or less prior to the camp starting date and once the camp has begun, there will be no refund.

If you are requesting to switch camps or weeks:

14 days or more prior to your current camp week – Available at no charge if there is a spot open in your desired camp.
7-13 days prior to your current camp week – Available for a $25 fee, if there is a spot open in your desired camp.
6 or less days prior to your current camp week – Not available
