Natureversity is proud to be partnered with the City of Austin’s Parks & Recreation Department in order to host our Nature Summer Camp Programs from June to August each year. Situated on 430 acres in East Austin, Roy Guerrero Park offers woodlands, big open fields, and sandy beaches along Colorado River, perfect for playing & swimming.

Heavy hardwood hackberries, oaks, elms, pecans, and cottonwoods spread across the landscape giving life to birds, mammals, reptiles and insects. Down near the river we find tracks of raccoons, ducks, fish, turtles, snakes and frogs. Playing games in the fields, building forts in the forest and swimming in the river, Roy G Park offers a perfect space to help cultivate a deep sense of awareness, belonging and connection in nature for our future generations.
